The Asian Hornet – The Beekeepers Guide by Andrew Durham

Highly respected Andrew Durham will talk about the Asian Hornet, in our January meeting. He will cover its lifecycle, the hornet’s predation, how that impact relates to the honeybee in apiaries, and how the beekeeper needs to manage its arrival. His talk looks at the situation and lessons learnt in France, including the measures they have adopted.  This promises to be a highly informative talk which will be of interest to all members.

THIS WILL BE A ZOOM MEETING.
